Rigid Construction

Anchor Flush Doors have a rigid five-ply construction
with a solid blockboard core made up of
kiln seasoned battens, crossbands and face veneers,
all from selected strong and durable hardwoods.

Phenol Bonding

The blockboard core, cross bands and face veneers
are bonded together under heat and pressure using
a BWP type Phenol Formaldehyde synthetic resin
adhesive.

Anchor Flush Doors generally conform to IS:2202
(Part 1):1991, types BN and BD

Type

Anchor Flush Doors are available in two types:

Commercial: With face veneers from
selected commercial hardwoods

Decorative: With one or both sidesface veneers
from decorative timbers like Teak

Thickness

30mm, 35mm, 40mm. Against specific orders,
doors with 32mm and 38mm thickness
can be supplied.
